Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The service was fantastic and staff went out of their way to make it special. The view from our room and the terrace was breathtaking, but the location might not be ideal as it is situated on a narrow street. Overall, it was worth every penny and a memorable experience.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On the positive side, the views from the balcony room were absolutely stunning, and Ms. Uma's hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable. However, there was a significant issue with cleanliness in our room, and we faced a frustrating situation with the water supply. Overall, while the view and service were commendable, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired.
